	What kind of money manager is Hays Advisory? Hays Advisory is a tactical allocation portfolio manager of equity, balanced, and ETF portfolios. Managing portfolios tactically means that Hays does not think that your portfolio should always remain fully invested in equity markets. Instead, Hays believes that your asset allocation should change as market conditions change. If equity markets get overheated and overvalued, your portfolio's allocation to equities should get lowered and vice versa. Hays Advisory determines this allocation by following baskets of psychology, monetary, momentum, and valuation indicators that have had a history of predicting equity market movements. Similarly, individual stock, bond, and ETF selections are based on criteria that have had a history of leading to outperformance.
